Market Halls Site Launch

We launched Market Halls’ fourth site in March 2025 in Paddington, a major team effort across all departments. I collaborated closely with the Marketing, Property, and Operations teams to bring everything together through design, from teaser hoardings, branded interior installations to launch campaigns and brand-awareness signage.

TFL Adverts

Working with the Marketing team, I developed a series of underground adverts for placement throughout Paddington station. Although the compliance process was occasionally challenging, the campaign ultimately provided strong visibility and contributed meaningfully to launch awareness.”

Golden Ticket Launch Campaign

Instead of traditional flyering to build launch awareness, we designed chocolate bar packaging that contained all key information and distributed them during the first days of launch. Inside the bars, we concealed three golden tickets to create a surprise-and-delight moment; each ticket awarded the recipient 10 free meals and 10 free drinks.

To further drive local engagement, we provided an additional golden ticket to the largest nearby offices to host their own internal competition, helping to increase awareness among local workers. We also ran our own separate competition, offering a golden ticket to individuals who signed up to our Paddington email database. This was promoted across social channels and through a pop-up on our website.”
